Our company Architect Building Center s. r. o. works with both legal entities and individuals and values and respects the privacy of its clients, in accordance with applicable legal regulations governing the protection of personal data

(especially Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC)

We inform you that we fulfil our obligations in the area of personal data protection arising from valid legal regulations, we handle the personal data you provide to us with care, we closely monitor all changes, recommendations and trends, and incorporate them into the personal data processing principles our company follows.

Categories of Personal Data Processed and Purpose of Processing The activity of our company and operations, and the quality service we provide to you, our clients, require the processing of some of your personal data. We process your personal data only to the extent necessary and limited to the purpose for which they are processed. We also process your personal data for the necessary period resulting primarily from the nature of our relationships.

It is also necessary to state that the legal basis for processing your personal data is your voluntary, unconditional and actively expressed consent, which is a clear, specific, free and serious expression of your will to have your personal data processed and stored (e.g. a declaration or confirmation).

Purpose – Service Provision For the purpose of high-quality service provision and the creation of orders, usage of your reservation system. Scope of personal data: name, surname, date of birth, permanent address, nationality data, bank account details, ID card or other identity document data, email address, phone number, and other data that you voluntarily provide upon request (depending on the type of service in line with its purpose).

Purpose – Statutory Record-Keeping and Legal Obligations Fulfilment Scope of personal data: name, surname, date of birth, permanent address. The legal basis for processing personal data is primarily: Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting

Personal data processing period: 10 years from the issuance of the tax document. Our processors in relation to this purpose are accounting firms (whose identity is not disclosed for increased security of your personal data).

Purpose – Marketing and Cookies In order to provide complete information about our products and services, we may send you offers, advertisements and other information which may be promotional in nature. This activity is carried out only based on your voluntary and serious consent. You may withdraw such consent at any time via email: info@archbuildingcenter.com.
