The ceiling is aligned with plasterboard, which has good sound absorption, thermal insulation qualities and hides all unevenness and height differences in the ceiling. For the flooring of the rooms, we have chosen European-made parquet flooring. A floor laid with parquet is dense and hard, sufficiently resistant to external influences. The floor in the kitchen area needs greater protection, so we chose ABK elegant tiles for it, and Marazzi ALLMARBLE for the bathroom floor. The joint between the floor and wall is closed with a smooth, robust wooden skirting board.

For comfortable everyday life, it is important to have a sufficient number and convenient position of outlets. We will think of all this for you, and we choose outlets and switches from reliable European brands Schneider Electric and Legrand. We chose doors with glass inserts for installation throughout the flat, and if you wish, you can choose another one from the list of options of your choice.
