Foundation

- Pile-grillage foundation:
  -concrete M-300 (mandatory quality passport);
  -driving piles 200x200 mm;
  -width of the grillage – 300 mm;
  -depth of the grillage from ground level – 200 mm;
  -height of the grillage from the ground - 400 mm;
  -reinforcement A III – 12 mm and AI – 6-10 mm;
  -screw piles for terrace Ø=108 mm and length 3000 mm (if available).
- Slab foundation on the beams:
  -dry wooden joists, calibrated, cross-section 94x195 with a spacing of 600 mm;
  -wood preservative treatment.
- Transport costs and delivery of materials.
- Acceptance of the stage and concealed works by the technical supervisor:
  -checking of fixation and axes alignment;
  -checking the pile field layout;
  -checking of excavation works (dimensions of the foundation strip);
  -checking the thickness of the sand cushion;
  -checking the diagonals;
  -monitoring of the reinforcement;
  -checking of the concrete work and concrete maintenance;
  -photofixation of concealed work.
Walling
- Working draft of the design documentation:
  - general guidelines;
  - isometric views;
  - floor plans;
  - timber set planning;
  - wall elevation;
  - material layout planning.
- Wall/structural glued laminated timber (h) 185x200 (external and internal load-bearing walls), pine or spruce at customer's choice without mixing the wood species. A glued timber is a perfect quadrilateral, consisting of consecutively glued planks (lamellas), made mainly from coniferous wood. Optionally we offer the following dimensions of glued laminated timber:
  -h135x205 mm;
  -h270x205/246 mm;
  -h185x123/164/205/246 mm.
- Larch treated underlay board with a 192x45 cross-section:
  -to protect the bottom timber set against rotting;
  -waterproofing material under the underlay board.
- Fasteners and accessories:
  -wood dowels;
  -springs (in the area of openings and gables);
  -jacks;
  -wood preservative treatment.
- Ceiling slab of the ground floor:
  -dry wooden beams, calibrated, cross-section 94x195 with a spacing of 600 mm.
- Delivery of wall assembly parts and mouldings:
  -packing the timber;
  -timber delivery in a covered lorry;
  -unloading of materials by crane.
- Wall assembly:
  - assembling the wall on dowels and springs;
  - assembly using a crane;
  - photo documentation of the construction process.
- Construction ladder.
- Acceptance of stage and intermediate stages by technical supervision:
  - monitoring of compliance with deadlines for assembly;
  - checking the diagonals;
  - checking the drilling of the dowels;
  - photofixation of the drilling;
  - checking the verticality of the walls;
  - checking the level of the intermediate floor.
Roofing
- The working design of the roof engineering drawings:
  -roof trusses layout plan;
  -fastening nodes.
- The roof truss construction of the house:
  -dry, calibrated board, section 195x44. Rafters;
  -dry, calibrated board, section 40x90. Battens;
  -dry, calibrated boards, section 40x40. Counter-battens;
  -dry, calibrated board, section 90x20. Interior battens;
  -slide fasteners (if necessary);
  -reinforced fastening corners.
- Roof truss timber treatment.
- Roofing and accessories:
  -metal tile roofing with accessories;
  -steam-hydro-insulating films;
  -thermal insulation of 200 mm;
  -roofing installation supervision.
- Installation of the roof.
- Transport costs and delivery of materials.
- Acceptance of stage and concealed works by technical supervision:
  -controlling and adhering to truss installation techniques;
  -checking of trusses preservation;
  -control of roof insulation;
  -photofixation of each stage.
Window units and entrance door
- Rehau Delight 70 mm profile:
  -five chamber profile 70 mm thick;
  -ROTO burglar-proof fittings.
- Energy-efficient glazing:
  -40 mm thick glazing 4-14al-4-14al-4i.
- Entrance door for the period of finishing work.
- Installation work.
- Window delivery and transport costs.
- Acceptance of stage by technical supervision:
  -checking the preparation of the window openings;
  -checking deviations from dimensions and quality of installation.
Utilities
- Drilling for electrical concealed wiring.
- Installation of a temporary electrical panel for finishing work.
- Installation of embedded details for the inlet of utilities (diameter 110 mm – 2 pcs., diameter 50 mm – 5 pcs.).
